The SuitePad Order Terminal is the simplest & easiest way for hotels to process orders or requests placed via SuitePad. All orders placed by patrons in the hotel are posted to the activity stream of the app and can be confirmed or denied straight from there.

No problem - the SuitePad Order Terminal lists all pending requests by guests and even shows the time elapsed since the guest requested the amenities. Simply tap to open and view the request in detail - you can then proceed to confirm the order, all by the touch of a finger.
